Nashville Vehicle Accident Report: March 2019
Automobile accidents are listed as one of the leading causes of death. While wrecks occur for numerous reasons, there are actions drivers can take to help reduce the number of collisions that happen on the roads. Traffic laws are intended to protect drivers and other motorists, however, these laws are not always followed. When drivers ignore safety, it can result in serious injuries and even death.
At Mitch Grissim & Associates, we know how dangerous Nashville roads can be, especially when safety laws are not followed. For this reason, we have provided a vehicle accident report highlighting recent accidents that occurred in the community during the month of March to encourage drivers to practice safety when they get behind the wheel.
If you or a loved one was injured in an auto accident as a result of a negligent motorist, our Nashville car accident attorneys can assist you with your claim. In order to determine your legal options, our lawyers will need to evaluate the circumstances of your case.

Call Mitch Grissim & Associates About Your Legal Rights
We hope that by reading our vehicle accident report, drivers will be more aware of their surroundings when operating their vehicles. However, we understand that accidents can still occur. If you or a loved one suffered injuries caused by a careless driver, you have legal rights.
At Mitch Grissim & Associates, we know that the legal system is not straightforward. Filing a claim to obtain compensation for damages is strenuous and time-consuming. Additionally, it can be difficult to handle the insurance companies without legal representation because they do not look out for the best interest of the injured victim.
Oftentimes, insurance companies will attempt to offer a low settlement in hopes that you will accept. However, this can leave you with less than what you deserve. Our Nashville car accident attorneys can fight the insurance companies on your behalf to help you receive the full amount you’re entitled to after an accident.
Compensation can help cover medical expenses, pain and suffering, lost wages, property damage, and other related costs. Whether you were involved in a motorcycle accident, truck accident, or experienced the wrongful death of a family member, we can help. Our experienced legal team will review your case and inform you of your legal options. If you are eligible for compensation, we can calculate a reasonable settlement amount and ensure you are not taken advantage of by the insurance companies.
