After a very traumatic accident as a pedestrian hit by a vehicle in June of 2023, I was laid up for weeks with the worst injuries I'd ever had in my life and had no idea what to do or where to go. Jesse worked with me to look up the details of the accident and go over the initial process and what it would look like over the coming next months, in that first phone call. He and Brenda made sure that I did not get overwhelmed with everything going on in the first few weeks that they were working with me and getting together as much information to put us on the right foot in pursuing that settlement. They hassled with the hospitals and the insurance to get all the medical records and took the majority of the burden on themselves so I did not have to deal with those entities. They constantly kept up with me when there was progress in obtaining records, which was a tedious and timely process, but they were adamant they'd get everything from the medical facilities before moving forward and missing out on any amount of what we all felt was deserved due to the accident. Though the process took longer than we all anticipated, I never felt that Jesse and team left me out of the loop, we were in constant contact. They always made sure that at every turn when something changed, I immediately got a call. Progress calls were the best as we all began to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
