After a very traumatic accident as a pedestrian hit by a vehicle in June of 2023, I was laid up for weeks with the worst injuries I'd ever had in my life and had no idea what to do or where to go. They hassled with the hospitals and the insurance to get all the medical records and took the majority of the burden on themselves so I did not have to deal with those entities. Though the process took longer than we all anticipated, I never felt that Jesse and team left me out of the loop, we were in constant contact.
