Nashville Auto Accident Lawyers Discuss Clarksville Collision
Early on the morning of March 26, a traffic accident involving a car and a dump truck happened in Clarksville. The dump truck, carrying a load of gravel, struck the side of the car and then rolled over on its side, losing gravel along the westbound lanes of Purple Heart Parkway. According to early reports of the accident, the dump truck driver did not suffer any reported injuries, and the driver of the car was transported to TriStar Skyline Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Although the accident could have been worse, parts of the road were shut down for 4 1/2 hours while Tennessee Department of Transportation crews cleaned up the gravel. Traffic on other parts of the road were slowed as the clean-up took place.
